Plush Puppy is dedicated to providing dog enthusiasts with the best service in the area of grooming products and advice.
New Zealand customers are now able to order online through this website. When you place your order with Plush Puppy NZ direct, you can be assured that we will process your order in super quick time, and be available to help you during office hours, either over the phone or via email.
Delivery of Orders
Orders placed by 10am Monday to Friday will be despatched same working day. Orders placed after 10am will be despatched next working day. If there are any delays with any part of your order, we will contact you prior to despatch. If any goods are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the best way we can service your request.
Minimum Order Quantity
We have no minimum order quantity here at Plush Puppy NZ. We are very pleased to process orders regardless of the size. All orders, big or small, are filled with the same prompt and courteous attention.
Privacy and Security
Our checkout out uses the highest level of security encryption. Your information is totally secure. Paypal is one of the most respected and experienced global payment gateway providers. You can be assured that any information you supply to us directly or through the PayPal checkout is secure and will not in any way be shared or provided to any third party.
Through our checkout you can made your payment online using a Mastercard or Visa card if placing your order through our online shop.
Alternative arrangements for payment can be made for your online order. No orders will be despatched until payment has cleared, and in relation to cheques this may delay your order by 5 - 7 working days. Online orders placed that require alternative payment options will only be held for 3 working days. If no contact is made in that time, the order will be deleted and unable to be retrieved - to proceed with the order past this time, you will need to revisit our online store and recreate the order.
Plush Puppy NZ is a New Zealand Business and all transactions will be billed in
New Zealand dollars.
The freight for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed in our online store. We use New Zealand Post or Fastway Couriers for our deliveries and use a flat rate fee structure to make everything straight forward and easy.
Returns and Exchanges
All exchanges and returns are by prior arrangement with our office only. We will exchange goods provided they are fit for re-sale and in original packaging when returned. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error by us. No claims recognised after 14 days from despatch.
